Yousef is an ICT industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He specializes in shaping the future of cognitive cities and government digital transformations. Yousef has managed consulting professional services, sales, marketing, and business development operations at leading multinational and local companies across the globe. 

In his new role as Global Chief Business Transformation Officer and CEO MEA region at Quant AI Inc. ( headquartered in New York City), Yousef is on a mission to transform businesses, augment human productivity, and drive profitability through the deployment of Agentic AI technologies globally, with a special focus on the Middle East and Africa vibrant region. Agentic AI will be a major contributor to the growth of digital economies by unlocking new levels of efficiency and innovation , and will be pivotal in shaping the future of industry and enhancing the human experience at large. 

Yousef’s most recent role was to lead TONOMUS.NEOM global GTM efforts in his capacity as chief commercial officer, managing all aspects of customer and partner engagements through dedicated sales, pre-sales, partnerships, and operations teams. Yousef also established from scratch TONOMUS’s Professional Services Unit, with team of emerging technology and vertical industry specialists that was tasked with designing and delivering innovative cognitive strategies and hyper-disruptive solutions to accelerate growth and adoption within NEOM, KSA and beyond. Yousef was nominated by NEOM to represent NEOM at the National Digitization Strategy ( NDS) Committee, and launched many strategic digital and AI initiatives in the Kingdom in partnership with MCIT, MOI, MOMRA and others. 

Prior to joining TONOMUS, Yousef spent more than eight years at ZainTech ( previously known as NXN), heading up their Smart City and Digital Government practices and serving as General Manager of the company. His duties included overseeing many of the large-scale smart city and digital government transformational projects, helping shape the digital landscape of the region. He was instrumental in supporting the establishment of the Dubai eGovernment from 2001 -2003 and later on in standing up and supporting the Smart Dubai Office from 2013-2022. 

Previous to that, Yousef was the Managing Director for the EMEA region at Cisco Systems Inc., where he spent nearly a decade transforming the Go-To-Market model from a customer-led one to a $3-billion, partner-led model. He also worked at Microsoft before that, managing their marketing and SMB business in the Middle East.

Yousef holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD (GEMBA14) and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Jordan.
